The published service is ATC, not AFIS. By NOTAM it can be reduced to A/G. The service is suspended of course while the airfield is closed to fixed wing aircraft. The extended hours of operation to accommodate the scheduled flights will presumably give rise to higher staffing levels , hence the recruiting.
