If an engine failure is detected, the Automatic Takeoff Thrust Control System (ATTCS) resets the thrust on the servicable engine to TO-1 (Maximum Thrust). The 'E1 ATTCS NO MRGN' EICAS message is advising that there is no ITT margin available if the system is activated to set TO-1 thrust.
