Can you be more specific? Is it definitely FAA certs you're after? 'moving over' implies you're from outside the US, as does 'CPL/ATP exams' - (in Europe most people skip the CPL exams and go straight to the ATPL exams, whereas in the US there is 1250 hours difference and probably a couple of years between CPL and ATP)
And there is a requirement in the FAA system to hold a commercial certificate before you get the ATP. (Unless you already hold a foreign ATP.)
