I see Dash8s are once again having problems on the final Approach into LCY this morning. Three have already diverted to SEN. I was told recently this is due to airframe/props icing which require increase in speed but is too fast for the short runway.
5,000ft isn't short for a DHC8, maybe something to do with coming down the increased glideslope at such a fast rate of knots!
