what I understood they didnt want to send payslips to us, but presenting the multipliers by the 15th of march after comparing all those payslips internally.
One thing is clear, complaining doesnt help here. Every airline is seeking for new pilots right now, so the most easy way is to change company if you can (family, close to home whatever).
I mean for rookies it's still super! They pay the rating and deduct a bit from you, you will get hundreds of hours within shortest time and you get paid for that - not bad at all.
But for experienced people like me its just sad how they try to "increase" a salary and improve work life balance. So i took my decision very quickly instead of unheard complaining.
They wanna run a company with rookies and training all the time? Their masterplan, not mine.
But who knows, at the end everything's gonna be fine for all.
