Unfortunately a little confusion arises between, Recreational Pilot Licence (GA) [which should be called a Restricted Pilots Licence IMHO], and a Recreational Pilots Certificate (RAAus).

Do you have any reference regarding the conversion of a CASA RPL or PPL into the RAAUS pilot certificate?

Namely, where did you find this information:
