Yeah Cap'n,

I was at that RAPAC meeting when this was agreed to by the various interested parties, and quite frankly, I was surprised, but it was 'required' for parking etc. and 'nobody uses it anymore', anyway.....

Or words to that effect....

Nobody even mentioned the 'Dreaded Easterlies'.....
