Easy or BA?
Depends what you want.
Like I said in a earlier post your not going to see longhaul at BA for a long time unless it's direct entry.
Indeed pay at Easy is good but where do you go once you've got Purser? Can't see Easy starting worldwide routes - and that's where eventual promotion to CSD and where all the big money is.
A new longhaul junior can earn what a Easy Purser does easily.
Also if flying may not be your long term career, the options at BA are phenominal - management - ground ops - cargo - scheduling - etc etc.
I've just applied for a vacancy in North America - just think of all the bases around the world where vacancies come up. All these positions are advertised in the BA news and any staff member can apply.
What I'm saying is with a bigger organisation there are bigger opportunities.
