Sorry but no it isn’t, they jumped on the band wagon years ago screwing every penny from its customers, e.g. how on earth can you justify a £25 charge for a GPS approach that’s outside controlled airspace and costs virtually nothing to run
Airports like these deserve what’s coming but it’s a great shame for all their customers to loose such a facility, Blackpool is another example.
The UK general aviation system needs a huge wake up call.
