The productivity pay is that which is paid per hour anything over your monthly threshold.

The threshold is 88hr per month reducing by 3 hours per day for any month less than 31.

Unofficially it seems Most Bus pilots 95hrs, Boeing 90-92.

Bus more days off due ULRs and no TAs

The rate per hour effective 1/1/16 is 635 Capt, 450 Fo.

Flying pay is paid for every hour flown and is 75/55 cap/fo

The Co has become crafty in recent pay reviews by increasing the flying pay percentages and by default claiming package increases - however none of the above gets added to the calculation of percentage of salary money to Prov fund. as it is not salary

The fact that the Co does not publish this info to interested parties - gives you an idea of the type of transparency, integrity and professionalism of the HR machine.

Be very careful before making the jump into the pit
