The list of paper, log pages, applications, certifications of good/bad conduct, licence validations, first born, school transcripts, girlfriends addresses, including every guarantee certified by your current employer is ridiculous. I would expect many employers won't provide their employees looking to jump ship with everything they ask for.
Its easier to start your own country or nuclear power plant than get through the process in Asia.
No wonder there is a shortage.
