Looks like Jet 2 are more in tune with Glaswegian's requirments. Their Edinburgh destinations are much the same, holiday routes.
Ryanair have a high load of City routes from both whose users are more likely to consolidate into using EDI.
Ryanair's Prestwick destinations are more holiday orientated as well so just more available seats on the designated resort's arrival day.
