@CrazyScientist, I have it from someone sitting on various EASA committees, and I wouldn't know how to find that information on my own, either. As for the things that have already been voted or considered, you may indeed go to a website and check, as per the instructions below:

here. Choose the "Committee" radio button in Committee / Basic legal act, then pick Service "DG Mobility and Transport" and find the "Committee for the application of common safety rules in the field of civil aviation" which is the formal name for the EASA Committee.
This thing, however, is only going to be voted on in the future and I had to rely on my friend to get a feel of when that might happen.
