Some info for you guys looking at Norwegian:

Just went through the assessment process and it was pretty straight forward just like most people here mention. Although it seems they are changing the recruitment process, since we all went through different "hoops" (between the 8 candidates on that day)

If you get called for the interview expect it to be on short notice.

Interview was very laid back, with no technical questions what so ever (applied as NTR).
Most of the focus on the interview was on the applicants experience in daily operations.
For example: "Tell us about a hard day in your work. What made it hard, what did you do, etc"
They wanted very detailed information if you talked about a specific situation. Basically they wanted you to tell about the flight, from briefing to, take-off, cruise, approach landing and so on. A full story basically.

Sim was pretty basic. Visual circuit (no AP, or FD) followed by a landing.
Then take-off with eng fail, AP and FD avail followed by a non-precision approach.
They want to see good CRM. Even if both of you are totally lost on the 737, they want to see how you solve the situation.
All modes are available on the 737. VNAV, LNAV etc.
But use them with caution. Better to just keep things simple if you are non rated, and especially if one of you are rated, and the other one is not.
I recommend to use simple modes for approach such as, V/S, VORLOC etc..

Results was given quick, within one working day.

For information for those attending the recruitment in the near future:
All bases are now full, and so are all courses.
If you get a positive answer you will be put in the hold pool until further.
At the moment it looks like there will be a long wait, most probably until autumn/winter for the next courses.
Recruiters spoke about LGW base as being most probable, or perhaps some of the bases in Spain.

Speaking about LGW, does any one have any T and C for LGW, or any Spanish base for that matter?

PM would be fine if information is not to be put on public forum (for what ever reason that may be?)

Thanks
