I came across this thread looking for info. I am interested in sponsoring my step son who is 4years old. However my wife doesnt have the custody document and can't obtain noc from biological father as he abandoned the child since three years. The divorce document and child's birth certificate is attested by MOFA uae. Can you please guide me as to how you were able to sponsor without a custody order?
