As for the Dutch and Danish market, they are rather small and enough pilots from their country.
In UK they can never fill those seats with just nationals.
Plus of course in my opinion strange, but anyway. In many airlines in your mentioned countries is it mandatory to speak the local language. Although English is the international Aviation Language in Europe.
For instance a Ryan Air will never be able to fill cockpit with ONLY British or Irish Pilots.
