Republic emailed me back already, but not very helpful, they just said,
"Republic Airline requires that candidates meet FAA mandated ATP minimums and have proper US work authorization.”
The E3 visa is a proper work authorization, so I don’t know if they mean, yes or no! I’ll ask them to clarify....
Republic do not take Aussies on the E3 and from what I hear they have no intentions at the moment. There are some Aussies at Republic but they are either green card holders or dual citizens.
