i guess 5 years RHS in cruise flight..only..is long time especially as a gloried office boy.. doing the paperwork, radio calls and the general housekeeping of the flightdeck. then to upgrade to Junior FO (I expect that when you can touch MCP.) need to take another series of interview..+ depends on your sim performance, how much the checkers like you or not.. i maybe wrong. just too long for a 1 year free training..btw nothing is for free.
