Yet down thread a bit, Skywest told Jerry Springer they don't pay the sign-on bonus to Aussies. That's confusing. Hard to believe an airline merely wasn't aware of the pay obligations under the E-3.

It makes sense that the visa criteria would preclude paying visa holders less than a US citizen in the same job and circumstances. I cruised through some of the E-3 stuff but didn't see that criterion but it could be buried where I didn't see it.

The bonuses are kind of a big part of drawing people into Regional World.
