I always tell my first time pax, that the normal landing proceedure for a light aircraft is different to anything they have been used to, and that it will land with a bit of a thud.
That way they aren't surprised if it's a bit hard, but think I'm a super cool pilot if it's nice and soft
Obviously this doesn't work with second time pax (unless I fecked up the first one
