This is partly because of the product, but also because TCX are not in an alliance (therefore no accumulation of points and other connecting opportunities), TCX would be unlikely to offer sufficient frequency to those destinations and also do not have a wide enough network to encourage business flyers to shift their custom from (e.g.) One World, Star, Skyteam.
