I was also at the same event in Bucharest.
Yes, they did talk about the Captain roles more but i think that was mostly because there were more captains there then FOs.
To be honest, i am not disappointed that there were so few looking for the cadet role.
i think the are lookkng more to recruit cadets so they can train them as they please. But that’s just my point of view.
I didn’t leave any CV because i am waiting to finish my MCC and JOC and there was no point leaving one there without meeting the requirements.
Don’t count on them contacting you from that Open Day, you should also submit throught their career page if ypu haven’t yet, that is if you meet all the requirements.
