HNA airlines do not necessarily have the best hotels. Tianjin Airlines is well known for crappy hotels.
Xiamen Air and Juneyao seem to have the best.

My votes:
Best: Juneyao, BCA (with SYX base), Xiamen Air
Worst: Okay Air, Tianjin Airlines, UniTop
