Try looking on
www.seatmap.com at the flight's seatmap. This should show you the exit rows. Try and see if you can get Thai to allocate you an exit row seat. They might do if you are lucky. Many airlines don't allocate those ahead of time, but if you have some good reasons they may make an exception....
