If you want life insurance then the normal process is that an ordinary life insurance company sends you an "aviation questionnaire". Provided you fill in sane answers you get cover at normal rates.
Hint: sane answers include "I only rent aircraft from proper flying clubs and follow their rules". Insane answers might include things like "I fly my own microlight from my own land and regularly practise aerobatics at 200' in fog whilst high on <insert drug of your choice>".
