I have to agree with daz211 that it sounds like a shortage of a/c due to late delivery. Why would the BHX-EWR go from daily to x4 weekly to accommodate the YYZ rotations if this was not the case?
It could also be that poor sales had a contributing factor as to why BHX was chosen over STN/CDG to affect the least customers?
