Your anti smoking tirades are bizarre.
If two people in an enclosed enviroment can't get along and work out who smokes and who doesn't, that's too bad.
We do not need a law to mandate behaviour.
When you restrict one persons freedom, you restrict ALL persons freedom.
That is finite.
Today, smoking is bad. Where do you draw the line?
