About the agency, I think I wasn't very clear, the way I meant it was that you are directly employed and tied to that specific agency. Doing the work they ask you to do compliant with whatever law. So not in the way like you are ''offering'' YOUR services to the agency through your ''company'' like FR or whatever. Which would make you self employed. That is why I made the comparison to the other industries. Now its the thing if this would practically be possible, I don't know.... but that wasn't the point I was making.Edit: Couldn't find the word, but payrolling is what I basically meant.
