A factory built Sportcruiser can not go on an LAA permit. Only early kit built Sportcruisers that were built in the UK under the LAA regime are on LAA Permits.
A factory built Sportcruiser is on an EASA Permit which basically means you give it to a maintenance organisatation to give you a big bill every annual similar to any other GA aircraft, PA28, Cessna etc.
As a general rule Factory built Sportcruiser are worth £10-£15k less than kit built versions because of the above.
