If this 'hot-spot' is difficult to observe from the VCR, can't they put a camera/remote VCR/Portakabin closer to the thresholds?

There's a RVCR adjacent to the Polderbaan at EHAM.

Come on KSFO, it's not rocket-science to solve this one.
