If you visit the careers pages of each airline you can have a read through there regarding the requirements.

You won't know what they're exactly looking for until you've reached the interview stage unfortunately.

Oh I see, easy, I got an op 6 in qld which is alright I guess and did those subjects, is there an age limit for cadetships? I.e do you have to be a current year 12 student in order to be eligible or you can be older. I'm currently 18.
