Moving into cash is not prudent. If the markets continue on their current tear while you are on the sidelines it could take years to catch up. A better move would be to consider how you intend to invest those funds once you have left Emirates and then just mimic that disposition to the best of your ability within the Provident Fund whilst you await your departure. If nothing else, put 60% in a broad worldwide equity fund and 40% in a broad worldwide bond fund and relax.
