Pier 3 starts in 2020 and completes 2022. It has 2 x A380 gates on the eastern side with air-bridges, and another A380 stand off the end which would be bussed out (or possible pier extension in future).
The next pier then to be built (and open in 2024) is currently slated to be No. 4. The programme for Pier 2 is as yet undecided. If USPC happens it is unlikely to be pier-specific.
