Now is a good time to travel when the airport is operating below capacity and before work starts all over again in the CTA.
The second multistory which is beginning soon will be linked to the other side of the ring road by a subway so I would imagine work on diverting the ring road will start soon before it is put back to allow for the tunnel to be put in.
The minimum charge for the multistory is now £8 for 30 minutes. While the airport could be considered to be low cost the same can't be said for its parking.
