BA only have 10 A320’s with sharklets so I can’t see them moving them over to LGW. I can see some A320’s or A319’s moving but only once the NEO’s start arriving.
Either they lease in the extra capacity for LGW or cut the amount of flights and operate to the 80/20 rule.
Smartlynx and a few other operators surely have a few aircraft available for hire that would have normally been placed with Monarch. I know LS have taken 6 leases in aircraft this summer to cover their program but surely there is more available.
