As you'll find out when you end up in the seat in front of me, yes I can. I don't choose to kick the chair in front because I don't like it, the seat reclines into my knees and they naturally go into the back of it.
If you're suggesting that BA should upgrade me on some sort of medical grounds, or that they should put a height limit on economy seats, I'd be happy to support your cause. But they don't, and as far as I'm concerned, I have a right to not face physical injury just because somebody like you reckons they can get an extra 10 minutes sleep whilst pi*sing off the rest of those around them.
