If nobody reclines their seat, nobody has a problem.
I'm not being awkward but you're 6'4" tall and the only way you are going to be half comfy is to fork out for the extra legroom seats on long haul. It's not reasonable to say "no one has a problem" because on long haul, there *is* an expectation to be able to recline and try and get some rest. I came back on the (very) tight B787-8 last year and a chap in the aisle of my row protested that the lady in front had reclined, he was told in no uncertain terms to stop kicking her seat. The meal was over and the lady wanted to get some rest, he was being unreasonable and was explicitly ordered to desist. If you're 6'4", frankly you're too big to be flying in a tight Y class seat, so either fork out a little extra or shoosh but you don't get to make your problems someone elses because you're not prepared to accept the relatively poor product offered in the class of travel you purchased.
So no good if you're on the last row, next to the W/c's
Don't blame the rest of us for their lack of forward planning
