I think you will find that most airlines do not allow work experience for Cabin Crew. However, it is possible for guys and gals to do work experience in a Customer Service role ie check-in, despatch etc. I think if she is keen it would be a worthwhile experience. I know its not Flight Attending which may be what she ultimately wants to do, but it does give you a good idea of what happens 'behind the scenes' and whether the industry is for you or not.
