1. Assessment is the same for FO yes.
2. I had the same as you, I had a couple of hours on a A320 sim to prepare a bit and it helped, I can recommend it.
3. Off course all those Brits want the Luton base, but they generally still need a few people there. Budapest Im not so sure. Gdansk, Katowice, Cluj, Bucharest, Iasi, Kutaisi, Riga, Wroclaw and Warsaw are all possibilities for starters.
4. I believe the pay is a bit more from what I've heard from other people, but it really depends on your base, bonding, taxes etc. very generally speaking you can expect around 2100-2300 net after the TR deduction. Really depends on how many sectors you fly a month as well. After the bonding you will get 415 gross a month more. But dont pin me down on exact numbers.
5. No idea about this one, but it sounds unfair and with the amount of people they need I'd be surprised, everyone deserves a second chance. 3rd chance, not so sure...
