Propaganda machine will write up anything to 'spin' the thought that all are helping while the actual truth is the completely opposite.
Remember, TFT! (Ton for Tom).
Keep it up; -
at least one ton extra per sector, so; -
RETI, consider the safety implications of shutting one down early. (note the recent incident at HKG with a crossing aircraft while another was taking off on the same runway at the same time).
Has the APU had problems recently, maybe good idea to start it asap incase it is a problem.
Do you really want to take that track shortening? After all it may bring you closer to that weather return.
Do you really want a radar vector to the FAF, it may cause a 'rushed' approach and therefore not be in the company's best interest.
Weather 'not the best'? Just to be on the safe side ensure an ILS approach (lower minima) rather than RNAV approach (reduced track miles).
Increasing traffic with poor english at many airports? Safety may dictate slow taxi speeds to ensure situational awareness and reaction times maintained at a safe level.

Please add as you see fit.
