It has changed, have had that confirmed in writing, full pay from the get go. Would be hard even for me to argue that one on here- pay for the rating through your salary AND take 90% salary for first 6 months...90% salary is only for internal upgrades, can I assume that's what you were? It's full pay for DEC's.
What you say about the Staff travel tickets is correct. Two years commuting with EJ on a weekly basis this never happened to me though, saying that I was taking a route which had between 3-5 daily flights.
