You would be a lot better off sorting out your visa problems and doing your training in the US or Europe. If you are under time pressure why not go back to your country of origin until you get it sorted.
My situation is really unique
(nothing criminal/illegal or whatever in that direction). Sorry but don't want to describe all the factors affecting this decision. There is an objective answer for every "why" and every "why" coming from those answers.
It is just that it is. It is an effective solution.
