I can't but help agree. The company management threw a deliberate provocation at us to see how we would react (13th month). Predictably (based on 25 yrs of evidence), we collectively lived up to our usual low standards of personal accountability and responsibility. I too feel ashamed. Was in dispatch last week (after seeing the Dr., you know, off 'unfit') and saw all those keen faces diligently checking the paperwork. All the while putting another nail in their own career coffins. And it will prove so as I sit writing this, and tomorrow, and the next day, and....
