You know what the tragedy of it all is? It's the fact that we've effectively done this to ourselves. Cowardice, self-serving, lazy, naive, feckless. All the things I feel about our management, and only a small bit of analytical thinking leads one to conclude the same traits describe ourselves. The pilots of CX will have the careers they deserve, either way. It is up to us how it turns out, but on current evidence, get used to being treated even worse than you already are.
