So everytime you move Airlines in your career you just accept to pay for a new type and lose your previous ratings?
easy pay more but also work more as they don’t have 5/4 in most bases as I understand. However a stby duty sitting at home isn’t a big deal to be fair if that’s the case.
Good point about SWA except a 12 year Captain there gets paid at least 50% more than EasyJet with a lot less tax and better benefits.
