Whether or not eJ pay more than Ryanair isn’t the point. You’re an experienced captain moving to a huge airline that could easily pay for your rating and bond you.
There is a serious shortage of quality captains currently, yet paying for a rating - either up front, or through wages being docked - is still alive and well. It surprises me that people think it’s acceptable.
This “deal” isn’t a demonstration of how good terms and conditions at eJ may be, rather one of just how dire Ryanair is in my mind.
