A320 Slats (or flaps) computer 1+2 fault
Dear folks,
I hope you are well. Can someone shed some technical as why in case of dual slats or flaps computer fault the airplane reverts to ALTN LAW ?
I believe it was already discussed a while ago but cannot seem to find the thread.

ALTN LAW only happens in the SLATS case.
I believe it has to do to the fact that the ELACs need an input from the SFCCs regarding the position of the slats, specially for the flare mode.
