Books, manuals on VNAV/LNAV 747-400

Has anyone got any references for manuals or books on VNAV/LNAV apart from the factory boeing manuals (have those already)

Big Boeing FMC user`s guide by Bill Bulfer is not a bad reference book.

I agree - its an excellent book - is it still in print? I purchased back in '99 and still have it (heavily annotated) despite being on the 737

You're probably better off with the Honeywell FMC book to learn about LNAV and VNAV functions.
