Has anyone got any references for manuals or books on VNAV/LNAV apart from the factory boeing manuals (have those already)

Big Boeing FMC user`s guide by Bill Bulfer is not a bad reference book.

I agree - its an excellent book - is it still in print? I purchased back in '99 and still have it (heavily annotated) despite being on the 737 ;)

You're probably better off with the Honeywell FMC book to learn about LNAV and VNAV functions.

Both are good references, and are complementary.
