Great to see a Spitfire and a Hurricane having some fun over the field this afternoon.

About 3ish. This is the second time i`ve seen the 2. Having them doing tight turns at about 500 feet is quite a sight.

I dont think Northolt has a spitfire. They flew circuits over Eastcote at very low level.

I must admit the noise was bloody well good.

I must admit, its makes a change to see them instead of the islander..

UKDean - say Hello to Eastcote for me - grew up there, under the Northolt circuit - Ansons, Devons, Exeditors, Noratlas's, etc. I was in St Lawrence Drive - where are you?

On Saturday I should get them over my house in greenford however I may only get the fast jets, tankers, etc the BBMF usually turn off before they reach me.
Will post pics if I get any.

M28 ... I would recommend going up to Horsenden Hill to see the flypast, a truly excellent view.

Park in the car-park, walk up the footpath up the hill to the top; walk past the trig-point, across the (public) golf course heading east, and there's an opening through the trees. Just through there, and you have an excellent unobstructed view of London. With good eyesight you can see the flypast approaching well to the east of London.
After the flypast at BP they all head northwest ... directly towards you!
